Rob Nixon operated Nicko's Kitchen in the foot hills of Perth in the Roleystone area. Nicko's Kitchen was nominated for many awards including WA Restaurant of the Year 2 years consecutively. Whilst Nicko's Kitchen closed in

early 2024 Rob 'Nicko' Nixon and his cooking has become loved locally, he is currently

cooking at That Plant Cafe located in Kelmscott.
