Snapper Sashimi with Sesame Lime Dressing
So easy to make and an absolute show stopper!
Here is what you will need:
Ingredients: serves 4
400g Sashimi grade Snapper, or salmon, tuna, prawns, oysters. (Do not eat raw fish while pregnant)
1 cucumber, finely diced
4 radishes, finely sliced
1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
1/4 cup viola flowers
Sesame & Lime Dressing:
3 tablespoons lime juice
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger
Salt & white pepper to season
To make the dressing, combine the dressing ingredients and mix well. Thinly slice the radishes and place them in a circle around the middle of the plate. Now thinly slice the fish and arrange on cold serving plates. Scatter around the cucumber pieces, sesame seeds, dressing over the fish and finish with the flowers. Serve immediately.
