Slow Cooker Chocolate Self Saucing Cake

Here is what you will need:
Ingredients: serves 6
1 cup caster sugar
1 & 1⁄2cups self raising flour
90g butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract/paste
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 egg (lightly beaten)
3⁄4 cup milk
1 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder (extra)
1 tablespoon brown sugar (extra)
2 cups boiling water
To serve, ice cream, cream or icing sugar
Method:
Preheat slow cooker for 15-20 minutes on high.
Grease the slow cooker bowl with butter.
In a separate bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients mixing or whisking well together.
Dust extra brown sugar and extra cocoa powder over mixture.
Using a spoon, gently and evenly pour the boiling water over the mixture.
Cook on HIGH for 2 1/2 hours, or until centre is firm
Serve with icing sugar, ice cream or cream.
