This chia seed pudding is perfect for a quick easy breakfast on the go that's very healthy for you but is packed full of flavour. No added sugar makes it very nutritious!
Here is what you'll need:
Ingredients: serves 1
1 cup non dairy milk (or cows milk is fine)
1 teaspoon tahini
1 handful/1 cup fresh spinach
3 tablespoons chia seeds
Fruit to serve, I used Kiwi, Banana and Mango (berries are great too)
