Cookie Dough 'Fat Bombs'

These low carb keto friendly balls will crush any cravings you have and keep you fuller for longer!

Here is what you will need:

Cookie Dough 'Fat Bombs'

Ingredients: makes 10

8 tablespoons (1 stick) butter, softened to room temperature

1 teaspoon Keto friendly sugar (such as Stevia)

1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 cups almond flour

2/3 cup keto dark chocolate chips


  1. In a large bowl using a hand mixer or spatula, beat butter until light and fluffy. Add sugar, vanilla and salt and beat until combined. 

  2. Slowly beat in your almond flour until no dry spots remain, then fold in chocolate chips. Shape into golf size balls and place in refrigerator to firm slightly for 30 minutes. minutes. 

  3. Store in the refrigerator if planning to eat within the week, or in the freezer for up to 1 month.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cream 'Fat Bombs'

Ingredients: Makes 10

8oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature

1/2 cup keto friendly organic peanut butter

1/4 cup coconut oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup keto friendly dark chocolate chips, melted


  1. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, peanut butter, coconut oil, and salt. Using a hand mixer, beat mixture until fully combined, about 2 minutes. Shape into golf ball sized balls. Place in the refrigerator to harden for 30 minutes.

  2. Meanwhile, make chocolate drizzle melt the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and microwave in 30 second intervals until fully melted. Drizzle over peanut butter balls and place back in the refrigerator to harden, 5 minutes. Serve.

  3. To store, keep covered in refrigerator.
