Air Fried Chicken Wings

These Air Fryer Chicken Wings with my secret herbs and spices mix are so good and guilt free by being Keto & Low Carb friendly.

Here is what you will need:


Ingredients: serves 4


Dry Steak Rub:

3 teaspoons salt

2 tablespoons smoked paprika

2 tablespoons onion powder

2 tablespoons garlic powder

2 tablespoons dried oregano

1 tablespoon ground cumin

1 tablespoon black pepper


Keto Ranch Dressing:

1/2 cup whole egg mayonnaise

1/4 cup sour cream

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon fresh chives and dill, rough chopped

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice


1kg/2.2 pounds chicken wings

1/4 cup olive oil

hot sauce (optional)


Method:

Mix together the spice and herbs, leave to one side. Cover the wings with olive oil and mix until all sides are coated. Coat the wings in the spice and herb mix and mix well until combined. Place aside.


Now mix together the ranch ingredients well, place in a bowl to serve when ready.


Preheat the air fryer at 200c/400f for 5 minutes with the grill plate/basket inside. Then place the wings into the air fryer and cook for 25 minutes shaking every 5-10 minutes. Leave to rest for several minutes before serving.


To serve top with fresh lemon juice and dip into ranch dressing.
